Reporting to the GM People & Culture, the People & Culture (P&C) Operations Lead provides critical operational support and expertise across all P&C functions at Ansvar. This role combines strategic insight with excellent operational execution to ensure seamless delivery of P&C processes including remuneration reviews, performance cycle administration, compliance, and system administration. The position works collaboratively with the broader P&C team to deliver innovative HR frameworks while maintaining high standards of compliance and data integrity.
Key responsibilities
P&C Operations Excellence
- Lead and manage end-to-end P&C operational processes including remuneration reviews, performance cycles and compliance requirements
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate Board and Executive reporting on key people metrics and compliance requirements
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail when handling employment contracts, variations, and HR documentation
- Provide expert system administration across HRIS platforms, continuously identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement
P&C Service Delivery & Improvement
- Embed current P&C systems and processes across the organisation
- Identify and implement service improvements that enhance Ansvar's employee value proposition while meeting compliance requirements
- Lead implementation of P&C projects with a disciplined approach to execution
Governance & Compliance
- Develop, implement and monitor P&C data integrity processes to ensure accuracy across all systems
- Identify and escalate risks and act in accordance with legislation and Ansvar policy
- Ensure compliance with relevant P&C legislation and internal policies
- Act as the Compliance & Data champion for P&C
Knowledge, skills and experience
Behavioural Competencies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex HR processes into clear guidance
- Strong relationship-building abilities with all levels of stakeholders
- Highly disciplined, with exceptional planning and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and proactively identify process improvements
Technical Competencies
- Demonstrable experience in P&C operations, analytics, operations management, or executive assistant roles
- Strong system administration skills and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- Attention to detail with contract administration and documentation
- Knowledge of Mercer job evaluation methodology advantageous
