Join one of our specialist Group HR teams and you’ll be supporting colleagues across the Group throughout their career. From business partnering, recruitment and learning and development, to reward, HR systems and administration. Join Group Finance, and you’ll provide financial expertise, analysis and reporting to enable the Group and its businesses to succeed. Our specialist teams include Statutory Reporting, Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, Business Partnering, Tax, Credit Control and Finance Operations.
In the Actuarial team, you’ll use your problem solving skills and strategic thinking to help manage the Group’s insurance risks in areas such as Pricing, Reserving, Capital Management and Investments.

As a member of our Legal team, you could be providing legal advice, managing legal risk or managing the legal supply chain to enable the Group and its businesses to achieve their objectives. By giving timely advice and support aligned to strategy and culture, you will help empower decision-making across the organisation.
Join our Secretarial team and you could be advising on, leading, developing, and managing corporate governance across the Group to maintain the highest standards and statutory compliance. You may also be involved in providing high-quality company secretarial support to the Benefact Group’s board and committees.

Group Development is a collection of specialist teams that provide operational and strategic services to each of the Group’s trading businesses; we also develop Group-wide infrastructure and processes enabling our businesses to benefit from best practice and scale advantages. We have a strong service ethos to deliver expertise and value to our businesses and our teams take a close interest in the businesses that they support so that we offer the right solutions.
Group Strategy
This team works with the main board, the General Management team and with the leaders of each trading brand to develop both corporate and business unit specific strategy. It works closely with Group Finance and Risk and Compliance to produce the Group’s corporate plan and sets the long-term direction for the organisation. Other activities include running leadership away-days and conducting business unit performance reviews.Group Transformation
The Group is an exciting place to work with a large variety of change projects and innovation initiatives underway at any one time. This team enables that change to happen in line with our strategic plans by providing Analysis, Planning and Programme / Project management resources. The unit coordinates, prioritises, monitors and governs the delivery of material change projects across the Group.Group Insight
As a group of specialist brands operating in niche markets, we need to develop deep insights into the particular needs of our various customer groups, and we also keep a close watch on market developments. The team supports our businesses with proposition development, competitor monitoring and new market entrance. They also run a comprehensive customer satisfaction / listening programme, across all our trading brands, that monitors all our service touch points so that we can continually improve our customers’ experiences. -
In Group Technology, we provide the technology, data, security, and business process solutions that enable and protect all Group businesses and shared services teams. Join us and you’ll play a key role in helping the Group to grow, thrive and achieve its objectives.

In this team, we ensure that our many different audiences understand the Benefact Group brand’s attributes clearly. Join this team of Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Data Protection SMEs and you’ll be critical to the Group’s risk governance framework, supporting management to help ensure risk and controls are effectively identified and managed. We develop an independent view, provide quality assurance, establish frameworks, policies and guidance, contribute to risk reporting, and promote risk education.
