We’ve coined the phrase “We All Belong” because it reinforces our belief that inclusion runs through everything we do, all of the time.

  • Colleague Networks

    We have an active Inclusion Network that is open to all colleagues across Benefact Group, as well as colleague-led networks including our LGBTQ+ Network and Neurodiversity Network. These networks provide opportunities to connect, share experiences, raise awareness and create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.

  • Women in Finance

    We are a founding member of the Women in Finance Charter, which promotes gender balance across all levels of financial services organisations. To support this commitment, we run a Global Women in Leadership Programme for women across our business.

  • Annual DEI calendar

    We run an annual DEI calendar featuring communications, learning opportunities and colleague stories that help raise awareness and understanding of DEI at Benefact Group.
