
Why is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion so important for us at the Benefact Group?
We want everyone across our Group to feel a genuine sense of belonging, to know that we are all valued and included. Inclusion naturally generates diversity and we know that businesses that create and nurture inclusive cultures and respect for individual differences are more successful and sustainable.

We’ve coined the phrase “we all belong” because it reinforces our belief that inclusion runs through everything we do, all of the time.
Our inclusive culture is a source of great strength and we want to celebrate it and continue to challenge ourselves to help it grow.

Colleague Networks
We have an active Inclusion Network in our Group which any colleague is welcome to join, as well as other specific networking groups e.g. LGBTQ+.

Women in Finance
We're one of the founder members of the Women in Finance Charter that promotes gender balance across all levels in financial services firms. Supporting this, we run a Global Women in Leadership Programme.

We run an annual DEI calendar for communications, education and personal stories to help to raise awareness of DEI topics, bringing them to life.
