Our teams

Claims

The Claims Division manages the insurance claims process, including assessing whether a claim will be paid or not. The team is divided into Property and Liability sectors, offering specialised guidance and support to our customers. This is where we deliver on our promise to customers.
Client solutions

This market-facing team focuses on growing profitable, sustainable commercial business. They build and maintain productive relationships with our distribution partners and customers, to create long-term value and drive profitable growth for us.
Risk Solutions

The Risk Solutions Division, part of the Client Solutions Division, is responsible for providing and assessing the risks in the market to better help the insured to minimise risk exposure. They specialise in facilitating risk workshops, providing recommendations to boards, and supporting the new RMA online risk program. They also provide benchmarking services to organisations.
Corporate Risk

This team ensure we meet the appropriate risk standards set out by both the company, and external governing bodies such as ASIC and APRA.
Finance

The Finance Division is responsible for planning, organising, controlling and auditing the company’s finances. This includes preparing and evaluating budgets, as well as managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Information Technology

This team manages and controls the company's computer technology, including hardware, software, networks, and web technologies.
Strategy and Change

The Strategy and Change Team focus on the delivery of our strategic and financial plans through significant investment in change across our business. They support the delivery of our vision by enhancing and speeding up our ability to implement change – leveraging the Intellectual Property, tools and experience from the Benefact Group.
People and Culture

The People & Culture Team focuses on building a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer focus, to maximise profitability and opportunity to give back to the community.
Technical Solutions

The Technical Solutions Division is responsible for evaluating the risks associated with existing and potential insurance clients. This assessment enables us to decide whether to insure these clients, and if so, under what terms and conditions, including the premium.

Head Office - Melbourne

Our recently-refurbished Melbourne head office in the heart of the CBD overlooks the Yarra river and has a wonderful view of the city skyline. With comfortable informal working zones, numerous breakout areas and plenty of greenery, it’s a very pleasant workspace. We also have four regional offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
