Our teams

Claims
The Claims division is responsible for managing the insurance claims process, including assessing whether a claim will be paid or not. The claims team is where our promise to customers is fulfilled as part of their insurance journey. The claims team is split between Property and Liability, providing expert guidance and support to assist our customers.

Client solutions
This division is a market facing team responsible for growing profitable, sustainable commercial business by building and maintaining productive business relationships with our distribution partners and customers, with the purpose of creating long-term value and profitable growth for us.

Risk Solutions
The Risk Solutions division is part of the Client Solutions Division, responsible for providing and assessing the risks in the market to better help the insured to minimise risk exposure. They specialise in facilitating risk workshops, providing recommendations to boards and supporting with the new RMA online risk program, providing benchmarking to organisations.

Corporate Risk
This team is responsible for ensuring we meet the appropriate risk standards set out by both the company, and external governing bodies such as ASIC and APRA.

Finance
The Finance Division is responsible for planning, organising controlling and auditing the company’s finances. This also includes preparation and evaluation of the company’s budgets and administering the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Information Technology
This team is responsible for overseeing and controlling the computer technology within the business. This includes hardware, software, networks and the overall web technologies we use.

Strategy and Change
The Strategy and Change Team focus on the delivery of our strategic and financial plans through significant investment in Change across our business. The Strategy and Change Team supports the delivery of our vision by strengthening and accelerating our capacity to execute Change – leveraging the Intellectual Property, tools, experience, and learnings from the Benefact Group.
Head Office - Melbourne
Our recently-refurbished Melbourne head office in the heart of the CBD overlooks the Yarra river and has a wonderful view of the city skyline. With comfortable informal working zones, numerous breakout areas and plenty of greenery, it’s a very pleasant workspace. We also have four regional offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
