Our My Learning platform is live across the global Group, packed full of brilliant digital resources covering all of the important behavioural, technical and business skills you need to be successful as a colleague and a team leader. We offer virtual learning sessions and face to face facilitated workshops on key learning topics to the majority of our colleagues and are always looking to expand this offer.

We offer learning support for leaders at all levels. We have formal programmes for emerging first-time leaders, for women in leadership roles and those aspiring to step up into more senior positions as well as offering bespoke development opportunities, internally and externally, for senior leaders.

We value expertise in our Group, so our technical and professional learning is of the highest standard. In all of our businesses, local experts deliver technical training. We support colleagues to achieve professional qualifications and memberships and we ensure that time and resources are made available for continuing professional development for all colleagues.
Early careers - Purpose Pathways
We offer a range of opportunities if you’re starting out in your career and you could join us as an intern, apprentice or graduate. We have a global Purpose Pathways Network that brings together our undergraduates, people completing our apprenticeship and graduate programmes and colleagues in graduate level roles across our global Group. The network has a dedicated virtual channel and meets regularly to connect, hear from internal and external speakers and learn through masterclass workshop sessions.
