CII exam support

We’ll pay all tuition and exam fees and give financial support for learning when you study for CII qualifications
CII qualification bonus

£500 when you gain CII Cert qualification, £3,000 when you gain Dip CII and £4,000 on gaining ACII
Annual holiday

22 days, rising by one day a year to 25 days
Private medical scheme

Paid private medical cover after your first six months
Long-service awards

Tax-free cash payments of £250 at 10 years, £500 at 20 years, £1,000 at 25 years and £1,500 at 30 years
Birthday day off

After your first six months, you can take a paid day off for your birthday
Sick pay

Entitlement increases with length of service, up to ten weeks full pay and six weeks half pay after five years’ service

At our offices in South Ockendon you’ll find a breakout area and shower facilities, as well as onsite parking, including electric car charging points. We’re just a short walk from the local train station, with direct connections to London. With the M25 and the Queen Elizabeth bridge close by, and regular local buses to Romford and Lakeside Shopping Centre, there are good transport links.
