Insurance Equine Administrator
We are looking for an Equine Administrator to join SEIB in our South Ockendon office. Competitive salary, excellent benefits and hybrid working.


Salary: Starting from £26,000.00
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Duration: 12 Month fixed-term contract

About the role
SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for an Equine Administrator to join our South Ockendon office.
As an Equine Administrator, you will handle all communications and documentation in an efficient and accurate manner, within company guidelines. An Equine Administrator will also need to be competent in dealing with Underwriting queries.

What you'll be doing
Manage Equine insurance administration, including new business, renewals, policy adjustments, and issuing accurate documentation within compliance timescales.
Deliver excellent customer service by handling telephone calls, correspondence, client queries, and referrals promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and financial transactions, ensuring client monies, overdue transactions, diaries, and computer systems are kept up to date and compliant with company guidelines.
Support business performance by working towards retention targets, identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services, and achieving agreed KPIs and quality standards.
Maintain professional competence and teamwork through continuous professional development, working with colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.

Proven Equestrian knowledge and experience
