What you'll be doing
CRM Reporting & Insights - Assist in producing reporting, dashboards, and insights to track broker engagement and behaviour, campaign activity and identifying areas for improvement.
Sales and Distribution Enablement - Drive the delivery and upkeep of sales enablement tools, content, and platforms while serving as the primary contact for Broker Distribution support.
Best Practise Development & Training - Support delivery of best practice training and onboarding to ensure the sales and underwriting teams are equipped with the appropriate capabilities.
Strategic Relationship Support - Provide operational support to Strategic relationships, including pack production, performance analysis and tender support.
What you'll need to have
Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and numerous skills
Commercial understanding and awareness
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
