We’re changing what it means to work in financial services – Be our difference
Ecclesiastical UK is a different kind of insurance and risk management company. As part of the Benefact Group we are owned by a charity; driven by something far greater than the need to satisfy shareholders. We are united by a belief that everyone benefits from better business – doing right by our customers enables us to give all our available profits back to charities and good causes, to better the communities that we live in.
As a business, we’ve been trusted to protect some of the UK’s best-loved and most iconic buildings for over a century, and we’re not standing still. We’re a forward thinking, energetic organisation entering new markets, with an ambition to double our size, because when we grow, we give back more.
We have a unique company culture which brings a genuinely human touch to all that we do. You’ll experience a warm, welcoming and caring team, with authentic leadership. We are also commercial, empowered and trusted with real specialist expertise across our business. These aren’t just words, it’s backed up by our ‘world class’ employer ranking with Best companies, and excellent satisfaction ratings from our customers and brokers.
