About the role

Benefact Group are looking for a Design and Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Gloucester office on a hybrid basis.

As Design and Marketing Campaign Manager you’ll be a strong and industrious marketer with advanced design skills. Managing varied campaigns and using your design skills to bring projects and initiatives to life both in campaign management and design. You’ll be working in a busy and ambitious marketing team.

This role is a 50/50 split of Design and Marketing Campaign Management.

What you'll be doing 

• Manage all aspects of brilliant marketing campaigns – planning, building a working group, managing stakeholders, campaign execution, budget management and reporting.
• Lead design for web, collaterals, event stands, social media assets etc.
• Work with marketing and content colleagues to bring content ideas to life, using design to make messaging more impactful.
• In collaboration with your colleagues, proactively develop the group website using design and UX expertise to create user-centered design principles.

What you'll need to have 

• Proven experience of managing marketing campaigns.
• Wordpress/Umbraco experience.
• Excellent knowledge of design software including Figma, Adobe CS and CANVA.
• Advanced design skills across web, UX, print and digital.
