Administrative Support (Legal Indemnities)
We are looking for a Legal Indemnities Administrator to join our Exeter office. Competitive salary, excellent benefits and hybrid working.

About the role
Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for Administrative Support (Legal Indemnities) to join our Legal Indemnities team in their Exeter office.
Due to recent growth within the business, Lloyd & Whyte are pleased to be recruiting for a New Legal Indemnities Administrator to join our team in Exeter, in support of our Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Division.
We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in building strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and partners. In this role you will provide vital assistance to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication between our team, insurers, and clients.

What you'll be doing
- Entering client information and coordinating with Insurers and colleagues.
- Maintaining a comprehensive diary system and activity log to manage day to day income generation and returns.
- Data Input - Accounts and commission-related and keeping key documents updated and well-organised.
- Managing phone calls, emails and postal correspondence, completed promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, where appropriate.
What you'll need to have
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage a high-volume workload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The capacity to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including external insurers and clients.
- A positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility, backed by a strong work ethic.
What makes you stand out
- Experience in Legal Indemnities or a Legal background, particularly in Conveyancing, would be a beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
