Towards the end of the programme, you will have an extended placement in a focused role within General Insurance that will draw upon your wider business awareness. The expectation is that on completion you will move into a business-critical role and use this as a ‘next step’ towards potentially becoming a leader or technical specialist in our business.
As part of this programme, you will receive training and full sponsorship to complete the ACll qualification, provided through the Chartered Insurance Institute.
What can I look forward to:
You can look forward to on the job learning with hands-on experience, a key part of this is working on live business projects to help you build your understanding of our core business and industry knowledge. You will have the opportunity to work with senior business leaders and have a network of previous graduates to connect with across the whole Group.
You will finish the scheme with strong industry knowledge and experience to start thinking about your long-term future in Ecclesiastical Insurance.
