Development with purpose
We believe learning feeds success, so you’ll find a variety of personal and professional development opportunities. The Ecclesiastical Academy is our in-house training and development program, where you can choose from a wide range of modules to build your technical and business skills. We’ll also cover the full cost of certifications, industry designations or even an actuarial degree – including book costs.
In addition, to support your personal development we’ll pay up to $1,000 once a year for a course in a personal interest, such as a sport, a hobby or learning a new language. -
Changing lives together
As a business, we’re committed to supporting and enriching communities across Canada, but we’ll also support you in helping the charities that are meaningful to you. Each year, we’ll give you two paid ‘Volunteer Days’, so you can make a difference for your chosen organization – and we’ll match your financial donations to those charities, so they gain even more from your support.
You could also choose to join our volunteer committee, where you’ll be involved in a range of charity-related activities, from organizing events to assessing grant applications.
