About the role

Naturesave Insurance, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Personal Lines Adviser to join our Totnes office.

An exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Naturesave, an award winning Insurance Broker, with over 30 years’ experience in providing ethical and sustainable personal and commercial insurance.

As a Personal Lines Adviser, you will provide exceptional service and expert advice to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Through effective relationship management and a customer-focused approach, you will maximise opportunities with both existing and new clients to achieve personal lines income targets and support the overall business strategy.

Please note that whilst we are happy to consider this being a hybrid role, weekly presence will be required at our Totnes office. Further details can be discussed at interview stage.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional service and expert advice to both existing and prospective clients, building strong relationships and maximising customer satisfaction to support new and existing business income targets.

• Develop and maintain your technical knowledge of personal lines insurance products, market developments, and insurer underwriting criteria to effectively support clients and manage more complex enquiries.

• Identify opportunities to generate new business, retain existing customers, achieve service-related KPIs, and maintain high standards of workflow management in support of business objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to understand clients' needs, providing suitable recommendations and tailored insurance solutions that offer the right level of protection and value.

• Manage policy administration, underwriting referrals, and claims enquiries efficiently, ensuring clear communication with clients, timely resolution of issues, and excellent customer outcomes throughout their insurance journey.

What you'll need to have

• Proven experience with the UK Insurance Industry, preferably with a new business focus

• Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience

• Proactive and innovative approach to team development, helping to drive service excellence, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

• Able to work effectively within a regulated and compliant environment while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes.

• Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
