Insurance Apprentice
We are looking for a Insurance Apprentice to join SEIB in our South Ockendon office. Excellent benefits and support to obtain a level 3 qualification.


Salary: Circa £20,000.00
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term Contract - up to 18 months

What you'll be doing
Manage and support existing commercial insurance customers, providing a professional and efficient service.
Process policy renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and associated documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate records, process payments in line with company procedures, and support credit control activities.
Work within delegated authority levels, referring non-standard risks to insurers when required.
Ensure all activities are completed in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and agreed performance objectives.
What you'll need to have
Eager to learn and develop new skills through workplace experience and apprenticeship training.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
Professional, reliable, and committed, consistently demonstrating company values.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent support to colleagues and customers.

Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
