About the role
SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for an Insurance Administrator to join our South Ockendon office.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced insurance professional with excellent attention to detail, looking to embark on a new challenge and helping to build on the success of an already dynamic team.

Key responsibilities
- Handling existing Scheme Motor clients using Open GI software
- Processing & underwriting renewals
- Dealing with mid-term adjustments
- Maintaining renewal retention within expectations
- Credit Control of non-account brokers
- Direct Debit maintenance & control of unpaid risks
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Competent on Open GI
- Understanding of motor insurance
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service ability
- Understanding of insurance principles and practices
