About the role
Lansdown Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Client Support Executive to join our Cheltenham office.

Key responsibilities
• To assist Partnership Team in client communication, from renewal, adjustment and new business perspective in line with Lansdown’s strategy.
• Plan, prioritise and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Use the appropriate method of communication to support Lansdown’s right first-time approach in order to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
• Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
• To service existing Lansdown clients – Commercial and Residential Property
• Providing general administrative support to the wider Lansdown Team
• General adhoc admin duties, post, filing etc.
• Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required

Knowledge, skills and experience
• Previous Insurance experience (preferred)
• Hold your Cert CII qualification (or willing to work towards within an agreed timescale)
• Excellent, professional and confident communication skills
• Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team
• Excellent spreadsheet manipulation skills
• Confident numeracy skills
• Flexibility
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage workload
• Work well within a team especially under pressure
