About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Engineer to join our flexible Gloucester-based team. It’s a great time to come in and use your existing knowledge and experience, and also have the opportunity to enhance your skills.
Key responsibilities
The successful Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the operation and ongoing maintenance of information technology; including installation, configuration, support, monitoring, optimising and troubleshooting all computer hardware, resources, and associated software.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Ability to write architecture and process documentation
- Ability to prioritise, organize and manage a complex and sometimes conflicting workload, and to work well under pressure.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and to exceed expectations
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products and their life-cycles, and up-to-date knowledge on industry standards and best practices
- Exposure to IT Security would also be advantageous but not essential.

- Mail/Web security
